Princess is old, blind and deaf. She is looking a little ratty lately, she meows so loud in the middle of the night and wakes me up, yet I still love her! I love her so much I take her stank a$$ gound catfood, put it in the food processor with water and make her this slop pictured below. May I repeat, I love her! After you take this already gound meat bi-product crap and re-grind it up into puree ka ka it stinks, so bad!
So that being said, that I love her and make her nasty food, lets see exhibit A:

Oh, hey, what’s that? Oh that’s just Pricess thanking me for the good way I take care of her. I have seen her do it too. She stand in the box, hangs her a$$ over the edge and pee pee away! It’s really great and super duper! You wanna see her do it? I sketched a re-inactment for you below.

I love you too Princess, thanks for everything :)

I got some ads in the mail today and I was looking through one for a pet store and I just noticed some funny things that I thought I would share with you. You are probably aware that this blog ranges from cat turds to training for a marathon but since the marathon is over I am back to talking about my cats. I do have a life, I swear.
Okay so ad number one as you will see below is for a nice and tidy kitty litter box, that I have to mention costs $80!

Well I’m gonna tell you right now, the only people buying that thing are idiots who just got their first kitten and think “oh this will be so sweet, kitty can pee pee and poo poo and then nicely walk out of the box leaving litter remnants on the pad.”
WRONG!!! Kitty will pee pee and poo poo yes, but nicely walk out of the box, UM NO! Kitty will do her business then frantically exit the litter box like whatever she just left in there is going to come to life and eat her. TRUST ME, I know. Kitty looks so cute and sweet now, but just wait, kitty is from hell and she was sent here to test your limits. (I really do love kitties, really I do). So this little box is a giant NO! The very last place kitty will ever step is going to be on that nice little ramp. It’s a nice thought though but definitely invented by someone who has no pets.
Speaking of ramps, this brings me to my second funny ad. Here we have a ramp, you put it in your car so your little short pet can walk down it. It’s $130 of well spent money. . .

If you just got a head injury. Anyway just look at this ad, come on people you are trying to show us that we need this dumb ramp and this is all you came up with? A lady with her scruffy dog on a leash, and she’s walking it down the ramp? Did the dog sit there nicely while she assembled it and then layed it up against the car? Did the lady think about picking the dog up and then putting it on the ground?
If they really wanted to sell this thing the should’ve showed some tiny old lady with a ginormous dog that just had hip replacement and couldn’t jump out of the car so he needed the ramp, we would see oh, obviously the little lady is too tiny to lift the dog and the dog can’t jump down so there is a purpose for this thing. Anyway, don’t they need more people finding cures for diseases? Maybe this pet store could send one of their “inventors” over to a place that could use him. Actually, nevermind I don’t want doggy ramp inventor dude trying to do anything in the field of medicine, he obviously isn’t too gifted.
Okay now this third ad isn’t dumb really, it’s cute. Kinda cruel but cute. Take it however you like:

“Hey we’re dogs, we’re chillin, these sweaters and hats make us feel so cool!”

We (Michael, Katie and I) cut down the forest the day after Thanksgiving. We got a tree for the river house, one for us and one for my mom. We got to do a little 4×4 ‘n too! We had a blast and kinda froze our arses off but hey, what’s christmas without a beautiful tree, or three? Anyway here is the MAGNIFICENT BEING that is the tree at the river house:
It almost caved the roof of the Jeep in but not quite, just almost. Marlee and I decorated it entirely by ourselves, no help from the couch warmers. Michael and I stayed two nights out there and left around 10p.m. on Saturday night. We had tons of fun. I made dough ornaments, cookies and we chilled out and watched some cool movies. It’s just an good ol time out there!

No, that’s not our turkey, I’m just using it to get you in the turkey day mood. It looks awful good though . . .
Anyway, I got up at 7 this morning and looked out the front window to see the coolest sky in the world. The clouds were pink and they looked really neat so I grabbed the camera, threw on my sweater and ran out in the 26 degrees of cold and took some snapshots. There was frost everywhere and pink, pink pink in the sky. The pink faded really fast, but I tried to catch it:

Here is the frosty ground, looks pretty. . .
